The PICASUS™ IR heat-shielding film combines high transparency with excellent thermal barrier properties, and is applied to windows to reduce air conditioning power consumption during the summer months. In addition, the sheet-shaped foam "TORAYPEF™" is ideal for interior materials, owing to its lightweight nature and excellent thermal insulation, cushioning, and water resistance.

By replacing the cones of the in-vehicle audio speakers with thermoplastic CFRP and the speaker cover with thermoplastic CFRP material that offers superior vibration damping and specific modulus compared to conventional steel, the sound quality is enhanced. In addition, the use of Airlite™ and Synthefiber™ NT as sound-absorbing materials provides a clearer, more comfortable acoustic environment.

Using Stain Shield™, which enhances the cleanliness and ease of maintenance as it repels water, dirt, sand and dust, together with Nanoceria™ particles that exhibit antiviral properties, helps keep vehicle interiors clean and hygienic.

This helps make it possible to have features like hover-touch, which enables non-contact operation, and stealth cockpit, where switches appear with backlight illumination only when needed.

This contributes to realizing a futuristic cockpit featuring morphing parts that transform to accommodate items such as cups and smartphones, with ambient lighting that indicates the transformable areas.
